When you buy a single session pass:

The Zoom link will be sent to you in your confirmation email.

If you have an All-Access Pass subscription:

  1. Log in to your account. 
  2. Go to the "Zoom Links" page from t he menu. This will bring you to the live schedule. 
  3. Select the class you want to attend. The Zoom link will appear in the description.

** We highly recommend that you subscribe to our live calendar. This will sync our class schedule to your Apple, Google, or Outlook calendar so that you will get reminders of the sessions AND have easy access to the Zoom links.

At checkout, under your Order Summary, click "Have a discount code? Click here to enter it".

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click “Manage Subscription”.
  3. Scroll down and open the “Payment Information” tab.
  4. Click “Edit”.
  5. Enter your card details and click “Save Changes”.

You can pause your payments for as long as you need and join us again when you're ready. **Be sure to pause your pass BEFORE the next billing date so you won't get charged.**

1) Log in to yo ur account on the website.
2) Click "Manage Subscription".
3) Select the "Manage Upcoming Orders" option.
4) Click "Skip This Order" for the month you need paused. 

Subscription fees will be charged to your card on file once a month, on the anniversary of your subscription activation date.  

To see you subscription details:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select "Manage Subscription".

If it's been more than 10mins and you still haven't received your confirmation email, please check your spam / junk / promotions folders for our email. Some email providers will give you an option to move the email to your primary inbox.

Save us to your contacts list. In most cases, this will ensure that all future emails from us make it to your inbox.  

You can cancel your pass at any point with NO penalty! **Be sure to cancel your pass BEFORE the next billing date so you won't get charged.**

1) Log in to your account on the website.
2) Click "Manage Subscription".
3) Select the "Cancel Subscription" option at the bottom of the list. 

** You can always pause your subscription if you know you will be joining us again soon!
