MoveForward Fitness 2021 Goals!

MoveForward Fitness is joining you in making goals for 2022! This year, we want to help even more people. In 2021, we were able to help 100-120 people as our business really came to life. This year, we want to help 1000 people by the end of the year. To do this, we’ve laid out a S.M.A.R.T. (Specifice; Measurable; Achievable; Realistic; and Timely) plan. This includes continuing to improve our services. We will be unifying our coaches' studios and the overall client experience between classes. We are updating our audio and visual technology to ensure quality live classes every time. Our amazing coaches are constantly undergoing personal development workshops. Our social media presence is growing larger and becoming more beneficial to our clients. Our On-Demand service is getting a face lift with new classes being added every month.
We are also hoping to attend Act/Activate—a fitness conference taking place in Ottawa this year— should the pandemic allow. And in order to stay motivated, we have made ourselves accountable to YOU, fitness fam! Our first step was the 12 Days of Christmas that we hope you enjoyed over the holidays. Next up? Members of our Facebook community group will be able to try any class for free. New members will also receive their first month of live classes FREE, so now is a great time to discuss health and fitness goals with family and friends. Let us help you attain your goals in 2022!
