FUNCTIONAL CONDITIONING

This workout is designed to improve your strength, stability, and conditioning through a variety of effective workout modalities. Using resistance training, calisthenics, movement flow, plyometrics, and metabolic conditioning, you can expect your muscles to burn and your heart to race!

STRETCH & BREATHE

A yoga class designed to bring stability to both body and mind through slow movements, stretches, and breathing exercises. Once you feeling the effects of our calming practice we will shift into a more reflective state and set the stage for your week ahead!

TRI-DOSHIC YOGA

Tri-Dosha Yoga is an Ayurvedic style of yoga with an emphasis on balancing the doshas in the body through movement, strength, and calmness. Vata, Pitta, and Kapha are the three doshas that exist within every person in different quantities which makes each person unique.

Danielle specializes in yoga and Ayurvedic medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching.

LADY'S POWER

This is a ladies only, full-body, resistance training program which provides challenging workouts and weekly accountability to keep you feeling healthy and confident.

YOGI STRONG

Yogi Strong is a Hatha flow style of yoga with an emphasis on strength, mobility, and balance.  This class is open to all levels and modifications will be given to make the class accessible to all. Let's think outside the yoga box to get moving in fun and creative ways!

Ninja is a full-body workout that combines mobility, resistance, and high-intensity all in one!

Tom specializes in group training, provides various options for difficulty with each exercise, gives you clear instructions, and hypes you up to get the job done!
