Our All-Access Pass is a monthly subscription that allows you to join as many of our virtual workouts and yoga classes as you like throughout the month!
You also get full access to our On-Demand video platform (valued at $20/ month), where you can catch up on your favourite classes - anytime, anywhere! (Instructions to access videos will be in the subscription confirmation email.)
Our instructors will be there to demonstrate all the exercises and poses. They will guide you through the class and provide helpful feedback and cues to keep you motivated!
Our weekly classes will be held through Zoom. Pass holders can find our live schedule and Zoom links by logging into your account and heading to the "ZOOM LINKS" page on our website.
